I. List of Assistant service writer duties:

1. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
2. Serving as a liaison between technicians and customers.

II. List of Assistant service writer qualifications

1. Previous Franchise Dealership experience and/or Independent Repair Facility experience
2. Integrity, A Positive Attitude And A Strong Work Ethic Required 
3. Willing To Learn 
4. Be A Team Player
5. Receptive To New Ideas
6. At least 5 years of franchise dealership experience in a service advisor role is required
7. Ford experience preferred, not required.  (Willing to consider experience under 5 years if Ford certified.)
8. Must have computer proficiency
9. ADP experience a plus
10. Valid driver's license

Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
