channels.

Resolve issues directly or manage the changes through completion. - Use MadCap Flare and Adobe FrameMaker to incorporate updates to existing documentation as needed to make corrections or update stale content. Manage all reviews and communicate with stakeholders directly.

support pages for new products by leveraging content from associated
technical documentation.
Identify needed system improvements and work with technical representatives and other stakeholders to implement. - Development skills of a business analyst related to subject matter to be able to work independently and reduce reliance on subject matter experts
- Adherence to documentation administration process for maintaining and publishing documents
