writer qualifications
- Experience within the financial industry important, specifically within an asset servicing/global custodian firm, or leading asset management firm.
- Previous RFP or marketing experience within an asset servicing/global custody environment, or within an asset management role is preferred.
- 1–3 years professional RFP writing experience preferred; excellent organization, communication and presentation skills required; Potential opportunity for a recent college graduate with prior relevant internship experience.
- Demonstrates a working knowledge of the broad asset servicing/global custody needs of institutional investors.
- Develops a strong working knowledge of Northern Trust’s capabilities in asset servicing/global custody.
- Possesses a broad understanding of the capabilities of the key competitors within asset servicing/global custody.
- Is able to work in a fast moving environment. This position will require multi-tasking and the ability to balance and prioritize conflicting demands.
- Must be comfortable with Microsoft Office applications and have a good working knowledge of their capabilities.
