I. Key qualifications/requirements

1. Prefer a Bachelor Degree from four-year college or university or equivalent experience
2. A minimum of 5-8 years demonstrated experience as a professional in Talent Consulting arena (internal or external experience or both)
3. Proven success in Information design, including all aspects of researching, writing, and maintaining technical documentation
4. Demonstrated ability to manage own time and priorities to ensure that deliverables are completed on time, with the desired scope, and at the required level of quality
5. Must be detail-oriented, committed to providing prompt responses to inquiries and requests, and to being relentless in following up until tasks are complete
6. Successful in solving problems, managing multiple priorities, escalating issues appropriately, making decisions, and developing creative approaches to intractable issues
7. Able to listen actively, synthesize ideas, and obtain cooperation from others in transforming those ideas into action
8. Fluent in using Microsoft Office products, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
9. Experience with basic project management techniques is a plus
10. The ideal candidate has experience in training, curriculum design, coaching, organizational development , and/or systems thinking
