- Prefer a Bachelor Degree from four-year college or university or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 5-8 years demonstrated experience as a professional in Talent Consulting arena (internal or external experience or both)
- Proven success in Information design, including all aspects of researching, writing, and maintaining technical documentation
- Demonstrated ability to manage own time and priorities to ensure that deliverables are completed on time, with the desired scope, and at the required level of quality
- Must be detail-oriented, committed to providing prompt responses to inquiries and requests, and to being relentless in following up until tasks are complete
- Successful in solving problems, managing multiple priorities, escalating issues appropriately, making decisions, and developing creative approaches to intractable issues
- Able to listen actively, synthesize ideas, and obtain cooperation from others in transforming those ideas into action
- Fluent in using Microsoft Office products, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Experience with basic project management techniques is a plus
- The ideal candidate has experience in training, curriculum design, coaching, organizational development , and/or systems thinking
