  1. Conducts operational analyses including procedural counts and gap analysis
  2. Develops Work Instructions, Operational Flows, and JBAs

  1. Accesses appropriate databases, writes information queries, and produces customized reports. Interprets and clarifies data, as necessary.
  2. Applies supply chain and logistics knowledge of the flow of materials, information, and finances involved in manufacturing and distributing products
  3. Uses basic engineering theories and principles; identifies findings from prior analyses and recommended solutions; identifies factors of production impacted by proposed changes.
  4. Analyzes data related to people, technology, and information to identify requirements, problems, or inefficiencies in work methods, processes, or flows. Recommends appropriate solutions.
  5. Negotiates with others by identifying desired outcomes, organizational priorities, and appropriate strategies and concessions. Asks pertinent questions, considers alternatives, persuades others, and bargains for win-win solutions
  6. Synthesizes, combines and integrates information and data to form conclusions and make sound decisions and recommendations
  7. Writes technical or specialized documents, such as legal briefings, journals, manuals, instructions, articles, handbooks, and statistical reports
  8. Performs duties in self-directed environment
  9. U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer
  10. Preferred to have educational experience in Engineering, Logistics / Transportation or Business
  11. Preferred to have experience using Microsoft office products or equivalent software
  12. Do you have an advanced-level proficiency in Microsoft Access
