- Prior experience authoring IT documentation within the Agile SDLC
- Prior experience creating and using Virtual Machines to document complex software and systems.
- Familiar with basic networking concepts, which include HTTP and DNS.
- Familiar with how to use the bugzilla bug tracking system
- Familiar with how to use a version control systems, such as subversion
