- Execute creative thinking and content choices, providing effective, significant amounts of messaging into succinct copy and in a variety of creative communication forms for a variety of audiences.
- Provide creative direction and leadership, while driving and refining our creative strategy and participating and leading concepting and brainstorming.
- Translate marketing strategy into actionable copy recommendations for all channels (such as web, email, social media, etc.) and execute delivery from conception to completion along with any necessary revisions.

- Create and compose compelling, effective, well-written copy and develop significant concepts for articles, direct mail, brochures, emails, ads, and letters, ensuring the appropriate style of verbal and written communications is utilized.
- Manage the content for the Company, including writing innovative promotional copy, developing new concepts for marketing projects, proofreading, editing and presenting marketing projects.
- Read and analyze technical information for company products to gain understanding and develop copy for marketing projects.
- Adjust copy to meet the varying and specific needs of customers, marketing, and management.
- Maintain a library of current reference materials on company products.
- Organize workload for efficient time-management.
- Work closely, and collaborate with, graphic designers and marketing professionals on all marketing projects, including email, website, social media, etc., and oversee delivery of services, as needed.
- Work with speakers and customers to create ‘ghost’ writer articles.
- Knowledge of laws governing copy such as registered and trademark symbols, and ensuring proper referencing and regulatory details of assigned products and/or projects.
- Perform ongoing research on current industry trends to maintain fresh and relevant perspective in all communications.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communication, Advertising, Journalism or English or combination of equivalent education and work experience.
- 5+ years of proven writing experience in a similar position or comparable work setting or agency, preferred; 5+ copywriting experience required.
