I. List of Food photographer duties:

         1.            Live for creative challenges, brainstorm potential concepts independently and with colleagues, and then execute those concepts utilizing their fresh perspective around multiple marketing and sales initiatives. Identify/design/produce extras that bring a campaign to life and communicate in a more interesting, powerful way.
         2.             Work with the Marketing team to formulate and execute the production of specific creative concepts around the company’s brands and seasonal promotions.
         3.            Contribute to the inspiration within design staff to realize outstanding and innovative designs geared toward the target market, challenging their skill sets as necessary.
         4.            Work with Boar’s Head staff to develop creative concepts and/or materials for corporate initiatives as requested.
         5.            Leadership skill to direct food stylist and photographer in photo shoots.
         6.            Stay on top of graphic and design trends and innovations, drive adoption of appropriate new ideas into the company.
         7.            Represent the department in staff meetings and creative review process.
         8.            Must work effectively with senior management, functional leaders within the company, and key customers and venders.
         9.            Maintain ongoing familiarity with product line.
     10.            Enjoy supporting multiple projects, partnering with diverse internal and client teams, and working on both quick-turnaround and longer-term projects.
     11.            Maintain the Creative Services Website and image archive.
     12.            Perform technical support duties on any Creative Services project.
     13.            Champion processes and innovative technologies that will contribute to the continuous improvement of the Creative Services department.
     14.            Mentor and contribute to the growth and development of other creative personnel

II. List of Food photographer qualifications

         1.            Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communications or related field.
         2.            Five (5) or more years of professional progressively responsible experience in design/marketing field.
         3.            Demonstrated ability to communicate with consumers.
         4.            Ability to create superior, original designs, strong design style, including creative design solutions within the constraints of brand standards.
         5.            Strong conceptual skills.
         6.            Solid understanding of client deliverables, and the ability to take responsibility for them.
 Strong package design skills.
         7.            Leadership skills in art direction.
         8.            Experience with photography, preferably within the food industry.
         9.            Resourceful: Able to problem solve and find multiple design solutions, especially under narrow parameters or strict budget restraints.
