I. Job qualifications

        1.            Experience in optical thin film design and/or fabrication is required.

        2.            Candidate will have excellent written and verbal English.

        3.            As a tech writer, candidate will have experience generating specs, test plans, test reports and operational procedures.

        4.            A solid working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Project and PowerPoint is required.

        5.            Experience with Thin Film modeling software is desired, while programming skills in VBA, .NET, and Labview are valued.

        6.            Candidate should have some experience w/statistical process control and statistical data analysis.

        7.            Hire should be experienced working in a corporate environment. This includes participation in systems engineering processes (PDR,CDR,MRR etc) and quality systems (configuration management, ECR, NCMRs etc)

        8.            Selected applicant will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements, which include U.S. born or naturalized citizenship, for access to classified information.
