I. List of Cruise ship photographer duties:
  1. Ensures that all ships have the necessary, materials, supplies, and retail inventory necessary to smoothly run their day to day operations
  2. Oversees the warehouse operations and leverages technology to design efficient processes and ensure timely deliveries
  3. Leads the ordering process (from initial order, to follow up and delivery) for any new project or rollout in the department
  4. Liaise with vendors to insure optimum pricing and expedited services
  5. Works with Operations Managers and Senior Photo Managers to understand and meet their purchasing needs
  6. Manages the operations and cost allocation for our internal Print Shop service
  7. Prepares requisitions for orders and oversees timely approvals
  8. Visits warehouse regularly to supervise processes and inventory organization
  9. Travels to ships as needed to ensure materials, such as signage, are installed as intended 
  10. Maintains up to date inventory of materials and equipment located at warehouse and on every ship, including retail SKUs
  11. Prepares power point and excel reports for management and vendor meetings.
  12. Contribute to formulation of company procedures and standards.
  13. Use judgment and initiative to develop effective and constructive solutions to challenges
II. List of Cruise ship photographer qualifications
  1. Three to five years managing inventory logistics in a retail environment highly preferred
  2. One to two years of supervisory experience preferred
  3. Ability to travel 10-20%
  4. Previous experience in managing Information technology projects and/or inventory software
  5. Bachelor’s Degree in Technology, Project Management or Business Administration highly preferred
  6. Proficiency with MS Office such as Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  7. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and persistent follow-through 
  8. Maintains a professional image and possesses strong, professional communication skills
  9. Positive and outgoing personality
  10. Adapts well to changes
  11. Demonstrates the capacity for leadership
  12. Ability to work under pressure , prioritize tasks and work independently
  13. Team player
