- Establish Relevant & Useful Documentation Standards.
- Collaborate with content providers (e.g., technical, clinical, compliance, information security) and Program leadership to understand the various project documentation needs, subject areas, and intended uses.
- Create a common look and feel, best practices, and documentation templates for use across all Program subject areas.
- Develop appropriate and intuitive version control and documentation management processes and techniques.
- Review existing documentation and convert/reformat as needed to comply with overall look & feel and quality standards.

- Write, edit, and organize technical, clinical, and/or project information in a clear, concise, and cohesive manner.
- Design, write, and maintain technical administration and operations documentation, procedures, and methods for information technology systems.
- Develop software/systems compliance, policy, and/or standards documentation.
- Create systems quality assurance, testing, and/or verification documentation.
- Ensure High-Quality Documentation Across Projects/Program
- Plan, estimate, and manage the generation, publication readiness, and delivery of written documents in accordance with Program/project requirements.
- Establish an effective editorial process and facilitate review of all documents to ensure a high-quality Program documentation experience.
- Edit documents for final publication/distribution, including technical product/service documentation, end-user guides, training guides, and support and operations procedures.
- Ensure documents adhere to established format, quality, and accuracy standards.

- Bachelors degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing or related field.
- Demonstrated success as a Technical Writer (please note we will require writing samples that demonstrate professional, comprehensible, intuitive, high-quality documentation skills).
- At least five years progressively responsible experience in technical writing for Information Technology project teams OR an equivalent combination of experience, education or training directly related to the required knowledge, skills and abilities listed.
- Exceptional grammar, writing, and copy editing skills.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communications skills.
- Experience editing technical developer or systems administration documentation.
- Experience with change control software, tools and processes.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle process and Agile practices.
- Experience with the design and implementation of IT systems project test plans.
