duties:
- This is a full time position; working hours are 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday.
- Responsible for modifying field estimator reports to articulate bid proposals using property photographs and the client's scope of repair.
- Daily interaction with customers, vendors and subcontractors regarding the progress of the current bid proposals.
- Work directly with Project Managers to price-out repair/rehab bids and to schedule subcontractors and field estimators to inspect and report on bank owned property.
- Responsible for research product pricing online and through standard supplier channels including appliances.
- Requires the ability to complete complex calculations which may include man hours and materials for a job or finding the area, square foot, or the perimeter of bid properties.
- Responsible to write 3-5 page multiple bids per day.

writer qualifications
1.
3-5 years' experience as a real estate transaction
coordinator, high level customer service organization, or estimating position
that communicates with clients both verbally and in detailed written reports
preferably in a service writing, real estate, or construction office setting.
2.
Excellent verbal and writing skills.
3.
Advance math skills addition, multiplication, and
calculations for job costing and profit margin.
4.
Highly detailed and analytical.
5.
60+ WPM typing.
6.
Full functional knowledge of Word, Excel, PDF, and
Outlook- Exactimate or other estimating software a plus.
7.
Ability to work independently under time constraints.
You need to possess a strong sense of urgency to complete the bids on time,
without errors.
8.
Mechanical aptitude. You must quickly learn to
understand basic residential/commercial property repair issues, including
plumbing, electrical, framing, roofing and general repairs.
9.
Willing to put in the extra effort to; "get the
bids to our clients on time".
10.
US
citizen or proof of authorization to work.
